“A lot of things are sadly broken (dishwasher, cabinet, lamps, seats..) and even though we pay a cleaning fee the property is not clean afterwards. 3 of my electrical sockets are broken and they didn’t do anything to fix it. ”

“The room is exactly as pictured online, and the neighbourhood is amazing as well.
There are cockroaches in the kitchen, and I mean a lot of cockroaches. The landlord isnt really doing anything, and my roommates and I refuse to cook in there because it's really really disgusting. This is really bothering us.
Also, the bathroom sinks are all leaking and dont work properly.”
