“The land lady was 1 hour late when we agreed to meet. The apartments vitro was broken and the TV malfunctioned. I had 2/3 of the deposit when I met her, because I am from abroad and couldn’t take cash out. I told her I would wire the rest to her and she raised her voice and wouldn’t allow me into the flat until she had the whole deposit.
Lastly she has tried to deduct 250€ from the deposit for something I didn’t do, luckily I had a video proving my innocence. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!”

“Landlord went over and above to accommodate me and make the whole process as easy as possible. Isabell is a great landlord and frequently calls me just to see if I need anything. Definitely a five star experience.”
