The bedroom has a bed that is bought at the beginning of 2020 and is 120x200cm. The bedroom has brand-new sheets, a duvet and a pillow. It has an openable window. There is a desk and a chair in the room. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and all the necessities you need. There is a washing machine and a dryer inside the apartment. The apartment is on the third floor (the second highest floor) with a beautiful view in all directions. There is free high-speed internet (Wifi) in the apartment. The modern apartment is only 10 minute's bus ride away from the city center. There is a bus stop right outside the apartment. The apartment is within walking distance of Kringlan which is Iceland's second-biggest mall with a big food court and a lot of stores. There is also a supermarket (Krónan), pharmacy and a bakery right across the street. "Skeifan" with multiple fast food places, 3 supermarkets (Bónus, Krónan and Hagkaup(24/7)) and a liquor store is only an 8-minute walk away. There are only 2.6km to the University of Reykjavik if you walk/bike. It is easy to take the bus to all 3 universities as the apartment is located very close to the city center. There are 5 bedrooms in the apartment and 1 bedroom in (hidden)ment. There is bicycle storage down in (hidden)ment and you can also store your bike outside the building.
