Spacious apartment with private parking located on the outskirts of Bologna. On the 2nd floor of a building with lift, it has a spacious living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen with access to a small balcony, bathroom with washing machine, 2 double bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 4 guests. Equipped with air conditioning, unlimited wifi, baby bed, it includes towels and linen. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption.
