The bed is spacious and comfortable. THE DEPOSIT IS NEGOTIABLE (LOWER AMOUNT) FOR A PERIOD SHORTER THAN 3 MONTHS. The monthly rent is 10% higher for a period of only 1 month. There is a service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants.
