For three months stay is of 10% of monthly rent. And for four months stay is of 5% of monthly stay. Settings: beds can be in main living room area or in low corner... for some privacy and than it can function as two bedroom apartment...but in fact it is studio. Please take a good look at the photos, thank you. The central part of apartment is than used as working area... And living area is located closer to the entrance...
