This apartment is exclusively available for temporary stays related to leisure, holidays, recreational or cultural activities such as congresses, fairs or festivals, as well as short-term work or study stays. The minimum stay is 32 days and the maximum is 11 months. You will need to provide ID/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner declaring that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes. This modern and stylish 35m2 apartment features high-quality finishes and furniture. Its design is both functional and aesthetically pleasing, offering a comfortable and well-distributed space. It includes a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, a spacious bedroom with a generous closet and a bathroom. The studio has a hall at the entrance where the washing machine is located and it is shared with another studio in the same unit. The building offers a 70m2 communal rooftop terrace, featuring a picnic area, showers, sunbeds, and a bathroom. Since the terrace is directly above the apartment, it is almost exclusively for you and the apartment opposite.
