Functional, welcoming and spacious - our Design two-bedroom apartment is a tranquil hideout and perfectly suitable for families and business guests who are planning to stay for several weeks or months in the center of Vienna. Smartly arranged, there are two private bedrooms with large double beds and plenty of storage. In one bedroom there is a small working desk. The comfortable living room facing large windows with a view to a quiet residential street will be the favorite spot for get-togethers. It is equipped with two sofas, a dining table and Smart-TV. The wooden kitchen is highly functional and provides all necessary kitchen appliances and utensils to create tasty meals. The bathroom comes with bathtub and shower, washing machine and drying rack. The living room, the kitchen and the bathroom are accessible by both bedrooms separately. High-speed Wi-Fi Internet, Smart-TV (for online streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime) with international channels and a working desk create the perfect work environment for being productive and comfortable at any given time. Towels, bed sheets and all necessary kitchen utensils are provided and will make you feel at home right away. With public transport right in your immediate surrounding, you will be at the Austria Campus, Vienna International Airport, Vienna Main Station, Vienna International Centre, Austria Center Vienna, Universität Wien, WU Wien, Reed Exhibitions Messe and the city center in no time. Our apartment building is within walking distance to the famous Viennese parks Augarten and Prater and close to the Danube Island with beautiful routes for bicycle rides. Furthermore, the many green spaces in the nearby area offer a wide range of sports and recreational activities. The superb restaurants and vibrant cafés, a large variety of impressive museums and extraordinary musical events guarantee culinary and cultural diversity. Our competent team will be happy to assist you with residence registration and to give insider tips, personal recommendations and further information – whether before, during or after your stay. We can arrange printing and scanning as well. Cleaning: One monthly cleaning service is included in the monthly rate. Additional weekly cleaning can be added for EUR 50 / cleaning. Parking: We can offer long-term car parking in the close-by (150m) parking garage in Odeongasse 2-4 for a monthly parking fee of EUR 180. Extra person: Please note that the stated monthly rent applies to one person only. For any additional person there is an additional charge of EUR 90 / month.
