Temporary room for female. We accept only bookings with move in dates on or close to the first available date. (See calendar.) LOCATION: Amsterdam-North, Spreeuwenpark. About 10 minutes walk to Central Station/Amsterdam city, including a short boat ride which is free of charge. Supermarkets, postoffice, ATM, library, hairdressers, and several food corners/restaurants in the neighborhood. Small single room in nonsmoking apartment, 2nd floor. FINANCIAL CONDITIONS: Price: € 575,- including utilities for 1 person (wireless internet, gas, water, electricity, for normal use, not incl. overuse.) There is television in the room, but signals seem to fail quite often. The rent price is included TV signals if it works; not included if it doesn’t work. Price is not included your personal taxes “Combi aanslag for users” & “Waterschapsbelasting” . Security deposit: €1.000. By cash on the day of arrival, or upfront by bank transfer. The deposit will be returned later within 1 month after moving out, deducted €50,- for cleaning/refreshing the room and refunds for damages, if applicable. First month rent will be charged by the platform. Following rents has to be paid upfront, before the 1st of every month, optionally by bank transfer or by cash. If your booking doesn’t start on the 1st day of a month, then the difference will be settled with the next month’s rent. HOUSING SITUATION: Furnitures inside the room: (not shared) single bed, small wardrobe built inside the wall , wooden computer desk, chair, small TV. Shared use: balcony, kitchen, dining table, shower, toilet, washing machine. One wall of this room is not very well soundproofed. When talking loudly or playing music, it will be hearable for the housemate next door, and the other way round is the same of course. Also, apartments in holland are in general relatively not sound isolated very well. And our neighbors appreciate rest and peacefulness very much. That’s why it’s very important, that our possible new housemate has also calm and quiet character. We're ideally looking for an easygoing female housemate, who’s quiet and tidy. No bad habits like smoking drugs, getting drunk often, keeping illegal plants or weapons at home, etc. As well not partying loudly in the apartment. Preference: female, non smoker, no pets, quiet, tidy. Age: 18 - 30 years. We follow local general house rules and have also our own strict house rules regarding visitors, including not having friends/visitors staying for the night, not leaving visitors alone at home while you’re not there, etc.. Just to assure safety & comfort for everyone in house. In case you expect parents or friends from foreign country, there is a small hotel very close, about 2 minutes walk from our apartment. Price relatively cheap.
