Personal information: My name is Vivienne, I am 26 years old. I studied International Business Management on Hogeschool Rotterdam and going to do my internship in Brussels for about 4 months. I am looking for somebody who is either a student or a working student under the age of 30 to rent out my room whilst I am away. Secondly, it is very important that you keep the place clean and tidy. Room can be rented as of Sep 1st'21. Room: The room is already furnished. You have your own bed, TV, closet and many more. You don't have to share your bathroom or kitchen it is all private. You have a nice view over the streets of Laan op Zuid and if you look further you can see the Maas. If the window is closed you don't have any noise from the street. The room has a King size bed and so soft and nice, I've heard many times that its the best part of the studio ;). Also the rooms is decorated quite nicely in a modern style. Location: The location of the studio is just perfect. Kop van Zuid has been growing to be one of the finest locations of Rotterdam Centrum. Next to this, the building is located next to the metro stop Wilhelminaplein, which is 2 stops away from the centrum. So you'll be in the city center in more or less 5 minutes! On walking distance there are multiple supermarkets as Jumbo, Albert Hein and Lidl. If your lazy you could also take 1 tram stop. People in the building: Although that the room is only for one person, there are many possibilities to meet new people. They organize multiple meetings/parties which you can attend and meet new people. There are many more internationals in the building, who are looking for people to meet. Extra services: You have a shared washing room, which includes a washing machine and a dryer. If your planning to give parties, Cite has its own party room, which you can make a reservation and you have your own PingPong table. (If Covid regulations allow it :( ) If your studying in Inholland or Hogeschool Rotterdam, it's a perfect place, because the house is right next to it. Walking will be 2 min!
