About the complex The Prinses Irenelaan complex is a former office building that was transformed into accommodations for international students in the summer of 2015. This resulted in a student complex of 9 stories, where on each floor 19 single rooms share a large kitchen and bathroom facilities. A room at Prinses Irenelaan only cost € 490,- a month all-in (including use of gas, water, electricity, internet, municipal taxes and service charges). The complex itself is conveniently located with shopping centre “De Bogaard” just across the street and the beautiful park “Park Overvoorde” a stone-throw away. Rijswijk train station is located on a mere 10-minute walk from the complex. Distance to TU Delft campus is app. 30 minutes by bike or public transport and The Hague University you’ll reach in app. 20 minutes by bike or public transport. About the rooms The complex itself nowadays consists op 168 nearly identical furnished rooms. All rooms are private and single occupancy only. Each room measures little over 19 square meters and is equipped with fiber optic Internet. Currently we still have multiple rooms available. Conditions - Your rental contract can start any weekday in September; - All rental contracts end on August 14th 2017; - Rental contracts cannot be terminated prematurely; - Rooms are fully furnished, but kitchenware and utensils are not supplied; - Rooms will be assigned based on availability. Reservation process In order for your booking to get accepted, you will need to supply a copy of your passport and proof of enrolment at a Dutch university. After your booking is accepted, our rental agency will contact you to finalise the rental contract. Note that you’ll be asked to pay a security deposit of two months rent worth in the process.
