Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was man im Alltag braucht: Waschmaschine, Backofen, Küchengeräte und sämtliche Haushaltsutensilien. Die Lage Die Wohnung befindet sich in Plieningen im Süden Stuttgarts. Die Lage ist ideal: In nur 5-10 Gehminuten erreichst du die U-Bahn-Haltestelle Plieningen (an der sich auch direkt ein Edeka befindet) sowie einen Bäcker. Eine Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Die Universität Hohenheim ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Den Stuttgarter Hauptbahnhof erreichst du mit dem ÖPNV in ca. 30 Minuten. Miete & Sonstiges Im Preis sind alle Kosten abgedeckt – also die Nutzung aller Möbel, Strom, Müll, GEZ, Highspeed-Internet, etc. Ein Garagenstellplatz kann (sofern noch vorhanden) auf Nachfrage für 70 € dazu gebucht werden.
