The apartment is located in the eastern part of the city, adjacent to the central station and in the immediate vicinity of the business center and the airport. It consists of a double bedroom with equipped balcony and a living room/kitchen with double sofa bed, as well as a bathroom. Among the services are air conditioning, wifi, washing machine and equipped kitchen. A few steps away is the new “Business Center” stop on metro line 1, which quickly connects Piazza Garibaldi, the historic center and the port. In addition, nearby is the tram stop No. 1, which leads to the Historical Center and the Beverello Pier (boarding for Ischia, Capri, Procida), passing through the Central Station (Metropolitane, Circumvesuviana for Pompei/Sorrento), as well as bus 130, which leads to the hilly area of Vomero (Castel Sant'Elmo, Certosa di San Martino, shopping and entertainment). In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there is a supermarket and the National Square, one of the most renowned in the city, home to numerous clubs and restaurants to satisfy all palates! At the time of check-in, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian rental law. December 24 and 31: check-ins will be available until 18.00. The structure is further enhanced thanks to the recent opening of the “Business Center” metro stop located in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet, wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...; RENTAL AGREEMENT: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement.
