Room Velázquez is ideal if you want to live in the city and still have an easy commute to UCAM and UMU. 🛏️ THE ROOM (single use only) Double bed (for 1 person only – no couples) Private room with lock and key Recently renovated with new furniture: bed, mattress, desk, wardrobe, etc. Apartment on the top floor with lift, very bright with lots of natural light 🏠 THE APARTMENT Modern, calm apartment shared by international university students, with a warm and respectful atmosphere. 6 private bedrooms (each with lock and key) - 5 rooms with double bed (single use) - 1 smaller room with single bed 2 shared bathrooms (maximum 3 students per bathroom) Fully equipped shared kitchen: 2 microwaves (one with oven function), kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, full kitchenware set (plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs, utensils, etc.) Appliances & equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, iron + ironing board, vacuum cleaner. 💡 MONTHLY BILLS (60€/month) – WHAT’S INCLUDED?
