This small two-room apartment of about 45 square meters, located on the ground floor, is a nice, well-kept and functional solution, ideal for those looking for practical and comfortable accommodation in Milan. The spaces have been carefully organized to offer a welcoming, well-proportioned and easy-to-live environment even for extended stays. The apartment has a cozy and comfortable bedroom, designed to ensure a relaxing rest. The living room is the heart of the house, a pleasant space to relax, equipped with a smart TV and tastefully furnished. The kitchen, separate and fully equipped, allows you to prepare meals independently and is equipped with an induction hob and dishwasher. The bathroom is functional and complete with the main comforts, but there is no bidet. The apartment can accommodate two people, making it perfect for couples, a small family group or single guests. Among the services available are fast wifi, air conditioning and smart door for independent access. There is no washing machine inside the apartment, but in front of the house, at number 18, a dry cleaner is available, a convenient solution for longer stays. The location is one of the main strengths: the apartment is located in an area well served by shops and public transport, a few steps from the M4 metro - Tricolor stop, which allows quick connections to the city center and Linate airport. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet, wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...; RENTAL AGREEMENT: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat. - for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €3,50 per person per night. MINIMUM STAY MILAN ACCOMMODATION 60 nights minimum stay is required for the reservations with check- in between March 18th 2026 and April 28th 2026 included. For bookings with check in within those dates, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable.
