As our flatmate will be moving out in December, we're looking for a new flatmate to join our cozy 4-person WG. The room is approximately 15m2 and unfurnished, perfect for making it your own! If you need help finding furniture, we're happy to support you. We like to help each other out in our WG! In the flat, you'll have access to everything you need and more: a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), two bathrooms, underfloor heating, a washing machine with dryer, a TV, and even a large living room table that transforms into a pool table, great for game nights! The monthly rent of €850 is all-inclusive (Warmmiete): rent, electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi, TV license (GEZ), etc. Additionally, there's a one-time Ablösevereinbarung (transfer fee) of €200 for the fridge and washing machine/dryer. The apartment is perfectly located! We have everything you need right on our doorstep: Kaufland, Aldi, and Edeka are all within a 5-minute walk. The U6 station (Rehberge) is just 3 minutes away on foot, and you can reach the Ringbahn in less than 10 minutes by public transport. For nature lovers, there are two lovely parks nearby, including Rehberge Park, perfect for relaxing walks or a morning jog. Your future flatmates are three of us: one studies at TU Berlin, my girlfriend is a soul singer, and I'm a physiotherapist. We all have different daily schedules and are usually busy during the week, but living together works really well. There's definitely a nice shared life here, we enjoy cooking together, watching films, playing pool, or throwing the occasional party. The apartment stays clean because we have a rough plan for who does what, but mostly everyone cleans up after themselves, especially in the common areas.
