It has an unbeatable location in Plaza de Cascorro off Calle Duque de Alba, a few metres from Mercado de la Cebada, Calle Toledo and Plaza Mayor. El Rastro, a traditional open-air market, is held on Sundays in the area around the apartment, when the streets are closed to traffic until midday. 🍁La Latina is a must-see neighbourhood in Madrid. It is one of the most authentic places in the city, with lots of bars, tapas restaurants and sites of artistic interest. Strolling along its narrow streets is a delight. It is within easy walking distance of Museo del Prado, Museo Thyssen and Jardín Botánico. 🍁The apartment: The apartment is on the third floor of a recently renovated building (2016) with a lift that retains its original features: it houses five apartments decorated in traditional style with great charm. The apartment has been fully refurbished to create modern, comfortable spaces flooded with light. It can sleep seven. There are three bedrooms: one with a large window that opens onto the square and two with interior windows. There are two full bathrooms and an additional guest toilet. Decorated in pure bohemian chic style, with brightly coloured furniture with ethnic touches, wallpaper and natural materials that will charm guests. The living room with open-plan kitchen is very spacious: it has three large windows with balconies overlooking Plaza de Cascorro and a comfortable sofa bed. The apartment has internet access, smart TV, soundproofed windows and air conditioning in all the main rooms. The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance. 🍁The best choice. Remember it is not allowed to leave garbage in the apartment. You will be charged 50€ if you leave more than two bags of rubbish in the apartment.
