The room is fully equipped with a double bed, desk, large wardrobe, air conditioning, and a full private bathroom for exclusive use, ensuring comfort and privacy throughout your stay. Please note that the room does not have windows to the exterior, making it a quiet and peaceful space, ideal for rest, work, or study. 🍳 The property includes access to a fully equipped shared kitchen with appliances, sink area, and washing machine, as well as a small shared living area with a sofa, perfect for relaxing. 📍The room is ideally located near the Burjassot–Paterna Campus of the University of Valencia and is well connected to Valencia city center via Metro lines 1 and 4, as well as several bus lines just a few minutes’ walk away. ⚠️ This accommodation is an office within a renovated premises. Although it is fully suitable for living, registration as a resident (empadronamiento) is not possible. 🕒 Arrival Schedule & Key Delivery A staff member will personally deliver the keys. Once an arrival time is agreed, there is a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes. If you are unable to arrive at the scheduled time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance.
