Good to know: – Mid-term stays: typically 4 to 10 months (longer stays upon request) – Currently only available for 1 month in August 2026 – Suitable for interns, academics and young professionals – Single occupancy – Quiet, non-smoking environment – Not for tourist rental – Temporary registration may be possible for clearly defined mid-term stays (internship, study or temporary work). Rental process: After booking through the platform, a structured rental agreement with additional terms and conditions applies.
