NEW in town: Eschborn city - First ocupancy after refurbishment. MIXED WG The appartment consists of three private rooms (small, medium, large). It also has a kitchen, dinging room, toilet and bathroom. This ad is for the medium room. Each room has access to a large balcony in Southward direction. The sections on the balcony are seperated, so every tenant has his own space on the balcony. On the balcony you find a small table and a chair, so you can also sit outside in the summer and work from there (if you have home office). The appartment has complete new furniture (first ocupancy). A new kitchen with all equipment (dish washer, oven, fridge), all new and from the German brand Bauknecht. The appartment has one bathroom and a seperate toilet. In the bathroom there is a washdryer (Washer and Dryer in one) for the tenants. The appartment has a super fast internet connection. Behind the entrance there is a dining room with access to the kitchen. The appartment is in the second floor (mezzanine). The house is owned by the landlord and it is a save place. There is a fence and gate around the property. The two Eschborn train stations (Eschborn and Eschborn-South) are within walking distance. From here it takes 10 minutes by train (S-Bahn) to Frankfurt city. The banking and commercial district of Eschborn is nearby, it is around 700 meters to the big employment companies such as Deutsche Börse, Samsung, Vodafone, Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, EY). Also a super market is within walking distance, a Korean Food Market is just next door. You can either rent a parking for your car (if you have one) - which would cost 45 EUR per month extra and which is not included in the rent. Or you can buy a bicycle on one of the flee markets and use the bicyle room (for free) in the basement. The landlord will provide blanket and pillow and one set of bed sheets. Its all set- you just need to move in :) Please note: Its a shared Appartment (Wohngemeinschaft) - Girls only. The Admin fee will be charged at the end of the contract lifetime (at 'housing anywhere' the fee is shown as payable at the beginning of the contract, however it is at the end). If you stay longer than 6 months or if you use an option to extend your contract beyond 6 months, this fee will not be collected from you. Your lovely landlord is also living in Eschborn, however not in the house. But he can come for support if anything is needed. Also to support you with the registration process at the city hall.
