It is a Villa close to the sea, there are a lot of works to do, and i'm taking care of it, actually i'm making everything by myself ;) ;). the sea is one kilometer on walk far away, but at the sunset is so stunning admiring it from the highfloor. The city center with pharmacy and groceries, and trasports is close to the sea, then you can reach everything on walk.... If you wanna, we could arrange some little trips around to visit places and the natural free thermal spa that is so cool. My mummy live on the first floor, me and you will live on the ground floor, where a big open space ( living room ) is composed by piano corner, bar corner a private homecinema and tables for meals. Still in the flat, we have a massage room, ( i'm an olistic technician ) and the kitchen.... You will have your room and your exclusive toilet. And then outside, a big garden with a lot of flowers, and a lot of trees to be cared.... well, don't worry, if you like you can read a book under of them, or having your yoga activity wherever you wanna....
