It covers the drafting and signing of the contract, check-in support and a full bedding set (duvet, blanket, sheets, two pillows and two towels). 🧹 Final cleaning fee A €125 final cleaning fee must be paid at the time of check-out. 💕 For couples: If the members are a couple, the Welcome Service fee increases by €100 to include the additional set of towels and keys, as well as handling and management for two occupants.
