I'm renting out 2 rooms of approx. 20 square meters each in a 3 rooms apartment located in Oderstrasse-Friedrichshein, preferebly for longer term, but can also be rented for a short term. Both rooms are unfurnished yet, but there will be provided beds and other basic furniture soon. The apartment is on the ground floor and one of the rooms has a separate entrance/exit from the street. There is a shared kitchen with all necessary appliances like fridge, cooker with oven, washing machine and dryer 2 in 1 and a shared bathroom. Rent is 580€ for one room inclusive consumption.
