Campolide is a residential and commercial area with various public transport options. It offers a unique combination of urban convenience and a strong sense of community, making it a vital and vibrant part of Lisbon. Please note that street parking (paid) is limited. The building has two elevators; however, it is necessary to climb a flight of 7 steps at the entrance of the building. Like many in this historic city, the building is old and presents some particular challenges such as an outdated plumbing system, which may result in some characteristic odors. Simplicity and sobriety define this apartment. Natural light floods, enriches, and warms all the rooms through the large windows of the surrounding glazzed balconies. - Living Room It has a cozy living room with comfortable sofas, a TV, and a dining table for 4 people. It opens to a balcony that also connects to one of the bedrooms. - Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms, both with access to balconies. One bedroom has two single beds and the other has a double bed. Both have hangers. - Kitchen A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and a washing machine (installed on the balcony). - Bathrooms The apartment has two bathrooms with showers. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am.
