The house is about 80 square metres and is in good condition. In total 3 people live in the house. The area is commercial (there are 2 supermarkets nearby), shops, bookshops, bars and restaurants but it is quiet and safe at night. It is also well connected with the centre, Eur, Roma Tre university and Fiumicino (Trastevere train station is 5 minutes walk away)...
