There is a washing machine, oven, fridge, microwaves oven, water boiler, toaster, mixer, vacuum cleaner... for common use of all flatmates. It has wifi, central heating and each room and the corridor are equiped with fire alarms. The flat has a complete bathroom (shower, wc, sink, washing machine) AND a toilette (wc and sink). Both has been completely reconstructed. From the 390 euros deposit will be detracted the utilities of the last month (the bills will arrive after you have left). Once the bills for the utility costs of your last month will arrive, you will get the rest inmediately. Everything will be regulated in a contract (bilingual in estonian and english).
