The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a common living room with sofa, TV, dining table and balcony, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Room N°1 has a double bed, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. WiFi is available throughout the apartment. Room N°2 has a single bed, a large wardrobe, a desk and a comfortable bookcase. Each room is equipped with air conditioning. The nearest metro stations are Porta Romana (M3 - yellow line) and Lodi Tibb (M3 - yellow line), both an 8-minute walk away. Piazza del Duomo can be reached in 15 minutes with the yellow metro (5 stops). Bocconi University in 20 minutes by tram 9. Monthly rates: • 1.400,00€ for monthly rent; • 250,00€ for condominium expenses ; • 250,00€/month for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas); • 100,00€/month for for one service per month of the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, balconies); Total of monthly cost: 2.000,00€ You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts: • 1.400,00€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK); • 170,00€:(VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence. • 280,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning; Linen is not included.
