The apartment building was completed in early 2024. It features 61 modern furnished apartments with private bathrooms/showers. The apartments are furnished with 2 beds each, a wardrobe, seating area, smart TV, and a small kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner induction stove, sink, refrigerator, microwave, and a small dishwasher. All areas are easily accessible via 2 elevators or stairwells. Access to the building and individual apartments is controlled by a card system. The entire building is equipped with high-speed WiFi. A reception will be available and staffed as needed. A service phone number is planned, which will be reachable daily until 10:00 PM. Additionally, our security service is available. In the outdoor area, designated spaces for leisure activities such as grilling will be provided. Furthermore, a beverage and convenience vending machine will offer various food items for snacks. For personal laundry, sufficient washing machines and dryers are available in our laundry room in (hidden)ment for a fee. The price for one wash cycle is €3,00 and for one drying cycle is €2,00. Residents can purchase laundry pods from us for €1,00 each. Bicycle parking spaces are available free of charge.
