It comes with heating, a fan; TV and internet service are included in the rental price. La Barceloneta is one of the most popular areas in the city, full of history and charm. This area has the distinction of being a seaside town, its greatest attraction is its beaches, the atmosphere here is fantastic and the beach bars are a big draw to the area for tourist and locals alike. It also homes places of interest such as the Museum of History of Catalonia, in addition to the Port Vell where the Maremagnum Shopping Center is located ideal for all your shopping and to go to the cinema. The neighbourhood has a wonderful ambiance and all the services are right here, its also a great place to enjoy fresh seafood in the many restaurants, or there are places to sit and enjoy the sea air in a bar or terrace. In the surroundings there are coworking spaces and facilities to help remote workers. The closest public transport connections is Barceloneta L4, as well as several bus stops.
