From here you have access to the laundry room and then to the spacious private terrace where you can relax and unwind from the day. The sleeping area has 3 comfortable double bedrooms with closet. The first room is very bright, thanks to the beautiful arched window that stands out in the space, it is also perfect for bathing the desk in light. Another room also has a desk and a gallery leading to the terrace. Finally, a fourth room equipped as an office, is the ideal place to study or work. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower and a toilet located in the gallery. The apartment has wifi. Located in Carrer de Joaquín de Costa, right in the historic center of the city.
