Let yourself be enveloped by the charm of Alfama during your time in this cozy and inviting retreat. - Building This studio apartment is located on the first floor, without elevator, of a building in Alfama, one of the most traditional and old neighborhoods in Lisbon. Please note that access to the studio is made through steep and narrow stairs. Alfama is a very lively area, with plenty of movement throughout the day, restaurants and bars, so noise is to be expected. During the month of June, annual festivities of "Santos Populares" take place in this area, which will increase influx of people and noise. As many in this old neighborhood, the street is strictly pedestrian - no car access - and quite narrow. - Sleeping/Living Area The studio is equipped with a double bed and TV. There's also a foldable dining table for 2. - Kitchen A fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine. - Bathroom Features a bathroom with shower. Please note it is a small bathroom, not suitable for people with low mobility. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. → Monthly consumptions are included up to €150. → City Tax will be charged according to the law.
