The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a building without an elevator, with direct access to the street. Ideal for couples looking to have a great time exploring the city or for business trips where proximity to the city center is important! Please note that the apartment opens directly onto the street. ➤ Living Room Living room with plenty of natural light, equipped with a sofa, TV, and air conditioning to ensure your comfort. Dining table for 2 people. ➤ Kitchenette The kitchenette, open-plan with the living room, is equipped with a refrigerator, oven combined with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, stove, electric kettle, toaster, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine (coffee not included). ➤ Bedroom Features a suite with a queen-size bed (160x200), a spacious wardrobe, and air conditioning. Opens onto a small hallway covered with acrylic ceiling, maintaining the natural brightness of the space. ➤ Bathrooms You will find an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a social bathroom. The apartment also has a storage room, ensuring plenty of space to keep your belongings organized. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 15:00 (after 22:00 a fee of 25€ is applied). Only one set of keys is provided. → Check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee of 25€. → Monthly consumptions are included up to €150. → City Tax will be charged according to the law.
