The building This building focuses on creating a community of young people from all over the world and offers a wide range of different facilities to make this possible. Watch a movie in our own cinema, get in shape in the fitness room, climb the walls in our bouldering room or study on our roof terrace. These 4 are just a small selection of the 12 common areas that the building has to offer. Access to these areas is included for all residents! The studio All studio's are fully furnished and completely equipped. The studio even has a dishwasher and air conditioning! This place recently has been build. So it's is new, modern and ready to move into. Specialties - Bed: 120 x 200 cm with storage space - Furniture: small sofa, ottoman, dining table with 2 chairs, wardrobe, side table, bedside table, bedside lamp, cupboard - Own private kitchen: induction hob, extractor hood, sink, combination microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, refrigerator with freezer, glass and crockery, kitchen utensils - Private bathroom: sink, toilet, shower cabin, washing machine, drying rack. - Other amenities: private wired and wireless internet, 4K smart TV (43 inches) with TV channels, air conditioning. - These studios can only be rented by one person.
