The apartment is also equipped with a hairdryer, iron, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine in the hall closet, ... The neighborhood is an area with a lot of life in the center of the city, with a great gastronomic and cultural offer and very well connected (it has 3 very close metro stops and Cercanías -city train-). Minty Stay is the company that helps me in the management of the apartment and they will take care of the assistance during guests' stay in this serviced apartment. Upon request, the services that may be offered include: regular cleaning, replacement of bed linen and towels, laundry, search for a parking space in the vicinity and transfer service from / to the airport or train station. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment.
