Located on the second floor, the apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and a bathroom. The living room has a very cozy area with a sofa and television and another with a dining table with capacity for 5 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and renovated. In order to guarantee the safety of our guests and respect for the rules of the neighborhood community, the home has a noise control device. The apartment is located on the second floor and does NOT have an elevator. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment.
