Fully furnished, spacious, comfortable, and modern, and, of course, with full private bathrooms. The beds with viscoelastic mattresses of high quality, have a chest for extra storage. In the rooms, you will find bed linen and towels (which we wash and change every week), a desk, flexo, chest of drawers, very comfortable chair, clothes rack, microwave, refrigerator, sink, kitchenware, cutlery and crockery, spacious closets with hangers and decorative pinboards to hang your photos and schedules. You also have individual air conditioning and heating. High-speed WiFi6 is available throughout the residence, so you’ll always be connected. We have a daily maintenance service if something breaks and each resident has an electronic card and personal bracelet to access their room. Some of our rooms have a fully equipped private kitchen. Our student residence is a modern and functional mixed residence, located on Calle Tramontana, a few steps from the Reina Mercedes Campus (faculties of E.T.S, Architecture, Pharmacy, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Engineering, Chemistry and Biology of the University of Seville) and Avenida de la Palmera. It is also very close and has excellent communication with the Ramón y Cajal Campus, the Cartuja Campus the Loyola (whose shuttle has a stop very close to our residence), and Pablo de Olavide Universities. We are a very cozy university residence, with a modern and urban aesthetic. Our rooms, with private bathrooms and kitchenettes, are perfect for study and everyday comfort. We have several common areas: a dining room (with full board every day of the week, also cooked in the residence itself), living areas, library and study room, fitness room, laundry, parking, jacuzzi, and outdoor pool.
