Bright and spacious 2 bedroom apartment far from the loud and hectic pace in Milan city center. This apartment is 15 minutes away from the nearest metro line ( Bisceglie MI1 ) and the city center is only 35 minutes away. The double bedroom is composed of a double bed, a closet, a desk with a chair and a large window making the room brighter. RENTAL CONDITIONS: - Utilities are excluded, in the amount specified below are included: wi-fi, water, electricity, heating and condominium fee. - Deposit: it will be given back at the end of the stay if there are no damages to the room or the apartment. - Check-in and check-out hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17:30. If you want to check in outside working hours or during the weekend, there will be an extra cost (check it in the breakdown below). - The fee below mentioned as "other" refers to the cost for the registration of the contract. - Check-in will be done at the office. If you prefer to do it at the apartment, this should be arranged with us beforehand and has an extra cost.
