This gorgeous two-bedroom duplex located on the 3rd floor, inside a Victorian period home, is on the doorstep of Queen’s Park underground station offering great links via the Bakerloo line and the Overground direct to Euston station. The award-winning Queen's Park is just a 2-minute walk away, while you'll be spoilt with small boutique shops, local English gastropubs and restaurants on nearby Salusbury Road. This location is a hidden paradise where you get both the convenience of transport and the village-community feel for the best London experience. On the first floor, you’ll find the two double bedrooms providing ample storage and a desk space should you need it throughout your stay. Leading from the bedrooms is the m(hidden)athroom, with a bath and thermostatic rain shower, which will come stocked with towels and toiletries. You will also have access to a washer and dryer throughout your stay. The main living area is located on the second floor, with a fully equipped kitchen and seating area, as well as an additional separate toilet. The living area has a huge wall-to-wall south-facing window offering a breathtaking view of the city and loads of sunlight. This flat is a great space, and we hope it can be the perfect base for your stay in London for up to 4 guests! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note Please note the home is on the second floor via stairs only. This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (from 15:00 on the day). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). Greater London, England, United Kingdom If you’re looking to cook while staying at the flat, there is an M&S food opposite Queen’s Park stations, or a Sainsbury’s local on nearby Salusbury Road both within a 5 minute walk. Alternatively if you’re looking to eat or drink out, there are a number of cafes and restaurants on Salusbury Road or Chamberlayne Road if you go left out of the house and follow the road down towards Kensal Rise. On Sundays we recommend you rub shoulders with the locals at the award winning farmers' market a short 5 minute walk away at Salusbury primary school, to get your hands on a wide range of fantastic organic and local produce. Other points of interest in the area include Queen’s Park, which is on the same road as the house or Kilburn High Road for shopping, or slightly further afield, you’ll find Regent’s Park and London Zoo. Getting around The property is well situated to get you around London. The closest stations are Queen's Park (Bakerloo and Overground) which provide great access around the local area and into central London. Bakerloo direct links: 20mins to: West End, Chinatown, Soho, Picadilly Circus 10mins to: Wembley Central Overground 17mins to: Euston Otherwise, there are several bus stops near the property that can navigate you around London and the City.
