Description of the Accommodation The apartment consists of two comfortable private bedrooms. It is suitable for: one student wishing to enjoy a private apartment; or a quiet shared accommodation between two students. Each bedroom is intended for one person only. ( family could be invited for short stay) The maximum capacity of the apartment is therefore 2 occupants. The accommodation includes: two private bedrooms; separate toilets; a separate wash area; an independent shower room; a kitchenette. The apartment is very clean and preserves the charm of the historic building with its stone flooring and exposed wooden beams. Use of the Kitchenette The kitchenette is intended for the preparation of simple everyday meals. In order to preserve the accommodation, avoid unpleasant smells and respect the tranquillity of the residence, cooking activities generating significant smoke or persistent odours (in particular frying, grilling or similar cooking methods) are not permitted. The tenant agrees to use the equipment provided in accordance with its intended purpose. International Students Welcome International students are very welcome. Communication and assistance can be provided in English to facilitate your arrival and your installation in France. The accommodation is intended for students who are: serious; respectful; independent; looking for a quiet and secure environment. House Rules In order to preserve the peace and comfort of the residence: parties and social gatherings are not permitted; night-time noise is prohibited; respect for neighbours and common areas is required. International students are encouraged to familiarise themselves with French rules and lifestyle habits, which may differ from those in their home country. Rental Conditions and Utilities The rental is available only for full calendar months. Water and heating are included within normal consumption limits, according to the condominium rules and heating regulations. Electricity and internet subscription are the responsibility of the occupants. Any excessive consumption of water or heating beyond normal usage may be charged separately upon presentation of supporting documents. Cleaning and Return of the Accommodation The tenant is responsible for the regular upkeep and maintenance of the apartment throughout the rental period. At the end of the tenancy, the apartment must be returned clean, tidy and in the same condition as when it was provided, including the kitchenette, sanitary facilities, floors, equipment and all areas used. If the accommodation is not returned in a satisfactory state of cleanliness, a professional cleaning company may be arranged by the owner, and the cost will be charged to the tenant upon presentation of the invoice.
