Location The building is located at a 10 min walking distance from Erasmus Medical Centre, the Hogeschool, close by Museumpark with several museums and gallery's, and the Nieuwe Binnenweg, which is a great street for shopping. The tram stop Claes de Vrieselaan Noord is a 2min walk from the apartment, which connects you right to Rotterdam's Central Station and the city center. Alternatively, the station and the city center are 5-10 min by bike. Further, the metro network (Station Dijkzicht) are just 5 min by foot, which provides for instance easy access to Erasmus University (ca. 15 min), and the Rotterdam Airport. There will be mostly expats and young professionals living in the building, so you can make some friends if you wish so, or you can keep to yourself, as the apartment is completely private. The Apartment We provides fully furnished and hooked-up studios and apartments. You can just move in without any worries about furniture or utilities. There is wifi to immediately get settled in, the apartment is well isolated and boasts large double glazed windows. Similarly, the kitchen is new and includes what you would need to cook yourself a meal. Further, the bathroom is new and includes a walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. Other facilities This Apartment provides access to the shared roof terrace which provides a great view of the skyline of Rotterdam. Every separate unit of the building has their own heating so you can easily accommodate your own preference. Further it includes supplies like a vacuum cleaner, iron board and flatiron as well as towels and beddings. The general spaces are being cleaned every 2/3 weeks and our tenants will be able to make use of the services of our cleaning staff for their apartments. Furniture can be moved around to accommodate your wishes. It’s possible to register at city hall. The apartment is suitable for singles or couples.
