As you walk and enter the unique neighborhood of Villa de Gracia, you will find several options of restaurants of international and local cuisine, beautiful terraces to share a beer or a drink and a wonderful walk in Verdi street where you can find cinemas, ice cream parlors and much more. It is one of the most traditional neighborhoods and with more personality, each of its narrow streets captivates you in each of its corners. It has a very lively atmosphere so you will find all kinds of stores, cafes, boutiques, restaurants and bars in the surroundings. The apartment is 3 minutes from the station "Fontana" (L3) and 7 minutes from the station "Plaza Molina" (L3/L5).
