The space: This apartment is a 35 square meter studio, its excellent floor plan, open views and high ceilings makes it feel more spacious. The kitchen and bathroom are modern and fully equipped with high quality equipment and including a dish washer, gas stove, oven and a laundry machine (has integrated dryer). The bed is comfortable and 140 cm double bed. There is a beautiful, old fireplace in the apartment, if you are experienced with fireplaces you are welcome to use it. The apartment has lovely open views over a natural cliff and trees. The neighbourhood: Kallio neighbourhood is the place to be if you like authentic city culture, trendy delicious food, second hand shops, art, parks or cozy bars & night life. This area is going through gentrification and is Helsinki's most up-and-coming area. The apartment is centrally located; a short walk from beautiful green areas and you find Kallio’s great bar’s and restaurants all around. I’m happy to share my favourites to you!
