The entire apartment was renovated in 2023 May. Important information: Utilities are included in the rent prices up to the average consumption defined by the Hungarian Law which is 144 m3 gas and 210 kWh electricity per month. The tenant shall pay the cost of the extra consumption based on the reading of gas meter and electricity meter. This is a small apartment so it's very unlikely that you'll exceed the average consumption! For less than 4 months of rental, we do not request a security deposit.
