The building is in a very quiet area in Campoamor-Mercado district with maybe a 5 minute walk to the subway to UA. Nearby you will find San Fernando castle, language school, mercado central and plenty of great bars and restaurants, all within a short 10-to-15-minute walk. Recreational space at the exit of the building with woodland areas, gardens, a music conservatory, sports courts and parks.
