Experience the best of Lisbon from our delightful studio and immerse yourself in the vibrant energy of the city. → Building The studio, equipped with air conditioner for year-round comfort, is on the ground floor of a recently renovated building. It is located on a very quiet cobblestone street in the heart of Madragoa, two steps away from the river Tagus. → Bed The studio has a comfortable queen-size bed. → Seating Area Seating Area with a cozy sofa and flat screen TV → Kitchenette Well equipped kitchennette with mini-fridge, microwave, cooktop, espresso coffee machine (coffee not included) and a dining table for 2. → Bathroom Modern bathroom with shower. → Garden and Swimming Pool Enjoy the sunny weather in the shared garden and refresh yourself in the delightful swimming pool. Please note that there's not a full-size closet for clothes due the studio size and layout. There are however several hidden hanging and storing solutions to keep everything organised. The studio is not equipped with a washing machine, but there's a self service laundry just 300 meters away, perfect for the weekly wash. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Swimming Pool is available all year and can be used between 9h00 and 19h00. → The wifi signal inside the apartment is limited. → Monthly consumptions are included up to €150. → City Tax will be charged according to the law. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. → Please note that parties/gatherings or smoking in the pool area are not allowed. → Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities.
