The day area has a spacious living room and integrated kitchen. It has a large window that illuminates the floor daily and from where you can access the balcony and the magnificent view of the dock and the impressive yachts at anchor. It has a modern decoration in neutral colors and the space is quite cozy. You will also find a desk that you can use as a telecommuting or study space as you prefer. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and high-end appliances you need, such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, so you don't have to worry about anything and you can cook from the moment you arrive. The night area consists of a double bedroom suite, which has a large closet to store everything you need and you can also enjoy the view to the dock. The bathroom is complete and has a shower. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and 50mb fiber as wifi. *The neighborhood:* This neighborhood is located on the edge of the coast of Barcelona, in the surroundings you can find all kinds of services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and entertainment venues. La Barceloneta is full of small squares, where you can enjoy the variety of tapas offered by the bars and restaurants in the cozy terraces. The Plaza de la Barceloneta is the closest to the apartment, just a 1 minute walk away. Barceloneta beach is 5 minutes away, where people gather to enjoy the sun in summer, and an afternoon snack with friends the rest of the year; also 8 minutes away we find the Barceloneta Park. The apartment is located in Passeig Joan de Borbo, which is a perfect place to walk and enjoy the pleasant climate of the city. In front of the apartment is located the dock, where the most impressive yachts are anchored. The nearest station is "La Barceloneta" (L4) 5 minutes from the apartment.
