I rent a room in a 70-square-meter apartment in Florence, ideally for 2 people, one for each room. The apartment consists of two large rooms, a shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom. The rooms are spacious and well furnished, equipped with double beds, closets and desks as well as air conditioning. The shared kitchen-living room is fully equipped and has all the necessary appliances for convenient cooking. There is one shared bathroom. The apartment is located in a quiet and residential area of Florence, within walking distance of the city's main places of interest, including Parco delle Cascine. There is a parking inside the apartment complex protected by an automatic barrier Utilities are calculated on a pay-as-you-go basis. The "spese condominiali" are not included in the rent, and are €100 per month. At the check-in is required an administration fees of 50€ per month of stay. €10 per month is for the waste that must be paid to the municipality.
