The day before your stay we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in. For your convenience, we have two options:. . 1) Check-in takes place directly at the accommodation from 3:30 pm, in case you answer us your arrival time in the message that we will send you the day before the stay, or inform us by email or telephone at any time.. 2) If you do not inform us of your arrival time 24 hours before check-in, you can come to our Welcome Center in Vilamoura at any time from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, where you can collect the keys to the accommodation.. . Please note that late check-in takes place directly at the accommodation and has the following costs:. - From 19:00 to 00:00 = 30€ Euros. - From 00h = 50€ Euros. .
