In the house on the ground floor is a shared room with a washer/dryer for NO extra charge. The apartment spans approximately 17m2. Price includes EVERYTHING (high-speed wi-fi internet, energy, water utilities, etc.). Because we are the owners of all our properties, you don’t pay any commissions. A security deposit in the amount of one month's rent is required. If your stay is less than 3 months, then a deposit is 50% of the monthly rent.
