The detached bathroom is both chic and functional in design. For all remote working needs, Pedrera offers a dedicated workstation office space, complete with a desk, chair, and extra storage space. The office also leads out to the internal terrace for taking a breather after a couple hours of work. The open plan living room and kitchen benefit from light flowing in through the doors leading to a French balcony, perfect for letting air circulate on a warm day. If it’s too hot outside, then Pedrera also comes with air conditioning to always be the perfect temperature. The living room has a full entertainment system and many wooden features to match the grassland theme. Under the dried grass light fixture is the rustic dining table.
